The world does not care that it pulls our people away from the church. What can we do about it? Tell God about it, even as the ancient psalmist did,

They utter speech, and speak insolent things;
All the workers of iniquity boast in themselves.
They break in pieces Your people, O LORD,
And afflict Your heritage.
They slay the widow and the stranger,
And murder the fatherless.
Yet they say, “The LORD does not see,
Nor does the God of Jacob understand.”
(Psalm 94.4–7) 

The Holy Spirit included that prayer/song in the Scriptures to make us aware that we have not encountered a new problem, and that the Lord knows what the world does to His people, and that a step in solving the problem is pouring out our hearts to the Lord about the issue.
