Some people cannot see that the Law of Moses has faded away and that Christ has replaced that Law,
But their minds were blinded. For until this day the same veil remains unlifted in the reading of the Old Testament, because the veil is taken away in Christ. But even to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart (2 Corinthians 3.14–15).
Notice that Paul equated the Old Testament with Moses, that is the first five Books of the Bible rather than Genesis through Malachi. Anyway, people can read the Scriptures, but still not hear what the Scriptures say.
Questions:
- Do you hear what all of God’s word says?
