09.28.2016 New Testament: Gal 6.9–10
To read the Bible in a year, read Galatians 6 on September 28, In the year of our Lord 2016
By Don Ruhl
You try to live your life in harmony with the Lord’s will, which you know means you should do good works for people. Yet, we often do not see any fruit from our efforts, tempting us to quit. Paul encouraged us, saying,
And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith (Galatians 6.9–10).
Therefore, whenever you have the opportunity to do a good, do it, for at the proper time, you will see fruit from it.
Verses like this keep us going, don’t they?
I keep reminding myself that I don’t define or even know when “due season” is. God doesn’t publish it for public knowledge on his calendar.

Yes, we should just keep on doing what He has told us to do until He decides we have given enough!
