You know that your life should be one of joy and of glory, but how do you go about making it so? Listen to the psalmist,

Let the saints be joyful in glory;
Let them sing aloud on their beds.
Let the high praises of God be in their mouth…
(Psalm 149.5–6) 

How can your life be joyful in glory and how can you sing aloud even on your bed, that is, your sick bed? Let the high praises of God be in your mouth.
