Will you listen to people who will not listen to you? Yet, some people expect God to listen to them, although they will not listen to His word! Here is what the Holy Spirit says about them,
One who turns away his ear from hearing the law,
Even his prayer is an abomination.
(Proverbs 28.9).
Therefore, if you will not listen to God, do not have any expectations that He will listen to you.
Questions:
- Do you hear everything that the word of God says?
- If not, what parts do you ignore?
- Why?
