Ephesians 1.3–14 presents spiritual blessings that we have in Christ in the heavenly places, including this,

In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory (Ephesians 1.13–14). 

Think about what Paul just said. The Lord seals us with the Holy Spirit who serves as a guarantee that we shall inherit from our heavenly Father. If He will give us the Holy Spirit now, surely He will give us our inheritance later. Praise the Lord!
