03.07.2018 – New Testament: Mark 11.20–21
To read the Bible in a year, read Mark 11.20–33 on March 7, In the year of our Lord 2018
By Don Ruhl
It is not good to be the object of the Lord’s curse. Earlier the Lord put a curse on a fig tree. Later Jesus and His disciples passed by that same tree,
Now in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots. And Peter, remembering, said to Him, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree which You cursed has withered away” (Mark 11.20–21).
This surprised Peter, but he would soon learn that when you follow the Lord’s instructions for ministry or for life, amazing things happen.
