The world needs to hear the word of God that they might learn the way of salvation from the wrath that is coming. However, for that to happen, we have to have trained men who will go out into the world and preach the truth. 

However, the church must back him financially for this to happen and that way they can send him on his way. Paul wrote: “And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: ‘How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, who bring glad tidings of good things!’” (Romans 10.15).
