Why we should want the Lord to lead his people

Old Testament: Isa 63.14

To read the Bible in a year, read Isaiah 62–64 on October 17, In the year of our Lord Christ 2025

By Don Ruhl

As Isaiah spoke of the Lord leading his people through Moses, the prophet then said: “As a beast goes down into the valley, and the Spirit of the LORD causes him to rest, so You lead Your people, to make Yourself a glorious name” (Isaiah 63.14).

God leads his people, but he does it that he might glorified.

When he is glorified, then people turn to him and he saves them!

May the God of heaven lead his people in the church today that we will so live to bring glory to him, which will make the world desire him.

Questions:
