Do you wish that you could have lived with Jesus, hearing him teach, preach, and doing miracles? 

To have lived with him, you would have done this also: “At that time Jesus went through the grainfields on the Sabbath. And His disciples were hungry, and began to pluck heads of grain and to eat” (Matthew 12.1). 

Was their diet different than yours? The Holy Spirit uses your body as a temple. Take care of it, starting with healthy eating.
