Even as for most of us we are our own worst enemy, so it is with false teachers, because they corrupt themselves,

But these speak evil of whatever they do not know; and whatever they know naturally, like brute beasts, in these things they corrupt themselves (Jude 10).

False teachers do not understand their own speech, because they are like animals. Therefore, they corrupt themselves. However, they are smooth-talkers, so beware.
