08.25.2015 New Testament: 1Co 7.12–13
To read the Bible in a year, read First Corinthians 7.1–24 on August 25, In the year of our Lord 2015

Paul addressed a matter of a believer married to an unbeliever. The Lord had not addressed the issue while living on the Earth, but He spoke through the apostle,
But to the rest I, not the Lord, say: If any brother has a wife who does not believe, and she is willing to live with him, let him not divorce her. And a woman who has a husband who does not believe, if he is willing to live with her, let her not divorce him (1 Corinthians 7.12–13).
Christians are not to divorce from unbelievers simply because they are unbelievers. If the unbeliever decides to stay married to the believer, then the believer has to accept that marriage.
