You seek wisdom for a reason. You want to better yourself, and if you seek wisdom, you will find it and many other good things,

He who gets wisdom loves his own soul;
He who keeps understanding will find good.
(Proverbs 19.8) 

Get wisdom, keep understanding when it arrives, and wait to see the good things that come. Getting wisdom shows that you love your own soul.
