Look at Jesus on the cross with human eyes and you will think that He lost, but look at the cross with the eyes of the Spirit, and you will know that He won the victory, because He,

disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it (Colossians 2.15).

Nothing stands before Jesus. If anything opposes Him, regardless of its strength, He will disarm it and have victory over it.
