Do not underestimate the power of deception

Revelation Bible Background

To read the Bible in a year, read Revelation 13 on December 22, In the year of our Lord 2015

Why would the world as a whole follow the Beast? The Beast works with other Beasts, and they use deception, but if people could detect the deception easily, no one would follow the Beasts. Therefore, they employ powerful deceptions,

And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence, and causes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men. And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived (Revelation 13.12–14).

Do not say to yourself that no one could deceive you, for you show that you do not understand just how strong deception can be. Bury your nose in God’s Book as the best prevention against following evil.

  1. Ain’t that the truth. It says in Matthew 24:24King James Version (KJV)

Ain’t that the truth. Do not say it. Even the “Elect” will be deceived.
And you know a lot of deceit can be found in the church. 😦 In Matthew 24:24- For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.
