The Lord Jesus empowered His first preachers with mighty capabilities that gave the church in the beginning a good kick start, and set the church on the road to massive growth,

Then He appointed twelve, that they might be with Him and that He might send them out to preach, and to have power to heal sicknesses and to cast out demons… (Mark 3.14–15).

They could cast out demons, heal the sick, but the item that tops the list and endures till this day in all who want to follow in the steps of the men who followed in the steps of the Lord Jesus, was preaching.

Miracles impressed people, but the declaration of the word of the Lord saved people then and it still has the same power to save people today.
