The potential for division arose in the early church, but the leaders gathered together to discover the truth. When they settled on the issue, they wrote a letter and sent to the churches. Watch the results,

“So when they were sent off, they came to Antioch; and when they had gathered the multitude together, they delivered the letter. When they had read it, they rejoiced over its encouragement” (Acts 15.30–31).

Do you like to receive letters of encouragement? Return the favor. Find a church or a person who needs encouragement and tell them what Scripture says, and watch the results.
