To read the Bible in a year, read First Thessalonians 2 on October 14, In the year of our Lord 2016

When someone teaches you out of the Bible, or when you read it, at least at the beginning, what did you think of it? The Bible tells us how the Thessalonians considered it,
For this reason we also thank God without ceasing, because when you received the word of God which you heard from us, you welcomed it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which also effectively works in you who believe (1 Thessalonians 2.13).
They did not think that it was merely the word of men, although men delivered it, but they thought on it and realized that it was, or is, the word of God. They could see it because of the way that it worked in them.
Questions:
- Do you see the word at work in you?
- What evidence do you see of the working of the word in you?
