What are you doing with God’s grace?

1 Peter Bible Background

11.27.2016 – New Testament: 1Pe 4.10

To read the Bible in a year, read First Peter 4 on November 27, In the year of our Lord 2016

God has showered you with many manifestations of His grace. What are you doing about it? Peter instructs us,

As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God (1 Peter 4.10).

God has enabled you to do something. Are you doing it? He poured out His grace upon you, enriching your life in ways that you never imagined, and giving you the hope of eternal life. Yet, Peter indicated that God expects us to act as good stewards of what He has given us. He did not bless us just to do something kind to us, but He wants to see us put His grace into action.

Questions:

  • Are you using your gift from God?
  • Are you blessing others and God with it?
