Why do people reject belief in God, or deny that He even exists? Friends, the evidence overwhelms us, just like this satirical article points out: http://babylonbee.com/news/local-atheist-demands-evidence-god-besides-entire-universe/
In my judgment people reject the existence of God, because they know that implies they are accountable to Him. They can deny Him all they want, and they can deny that the Judgment Day keeps getting closer, but the truth remains, as affirmed in this prophecy, the Day of Judgment approaches,
The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works (Revelation 20.13).
The dead cannot hide from Judgment, regardless of where they had been, whether in the sea or in Hades, from the realm of this world to the realm of the spirit world, no one can hide from that yet to be great event. Even those who deny the existence of God and who deny the upcoming Judgment shall have their works judged.
- Do you live with the thought that God exists?
- Do you live with the anticipation of the Judgment?
