Peter and Andrew had heard Jesus, but they continued to work at their old jobs, that of fishing. Then one day everything changed for the brothers when Jesus came walking by,

And Jesus, walking by the Sea of Galilee, saw two brothers, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea; for they were fishermen. Then He said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.” They immediately left their nets and followed Him (Matthew 4.18–20). 

Did those men have any idea just how much their lives would change? I do not think that they did, and their ministry also changed our lives. Likewise, your life may affect others in ways you may have never imagined.
