To read the Bible in a year, read Numbers 24–27 on March 1, In the year of our Lord 2017

Many things have to happen for men to grow into leaders, but in all the talk that I hear, prayer usually does not come up, as it did with Moses when he knew that he had to be replaced,
Then Moses spoke to the LORD, saying: “Let the LORD, the God of the spirits of all flesh, set a man over the congregation, who may go out before them and go in before them, who may lead them out and bring them in, that the congregation of the LORD may not be like sheep which have no shepherd” (Numbers 27.15–17).
How many churches lack proper leadership? Yes, let us teach and train, but let us also pray as Moses did, and even as the Lord answered the prayer of Moses by giving Joshua to Israel, so the Lord will hear our prayers.
- How often do you pray for leaders in the church?
- Do you pray for the leaders of your nation?
