09.12.2017 – New Testament: 2Co 4.11–12
To read the Bible in a year, read Second Corinthians 4 on September 12, In the year of our Lord 2017

Followers of Christ live and die for His sake. He occupies their thoughts, for they base everything on Him. Paul reminded the Corinthians that he always had the death of Jesus in his body so that the life of Jesus could be seen in Paul’s body and life. He continued,
For we who live are always delivered to death for Jesus’ sake, that the life of Jesus also may be manifested in our mortal flesh. So then death is working in us, but life in you (2 Corinthians 4.11–12).
There are people in our lives who, because they live for Jesus and for us, experience persecution and other forms of suffering. Yet, it means life for us.
- Who has blessed you in Christ?
- Have you told that person so?
