You have accomplished some things. What should you say about those things? Paul reminded the Corinthian brethren of the sufferings he experienced for the sake of the church and then added:

If I must boast, I will boast in the things which concern my infirmity (2 Corinthians 11.30).

Shortly in the text, starting with chapter 12, he would show what he meant. He boasted in his infirmities because it was during his infirmities that Christ could shine and Paul was all about glorifying the Lord Jesus Christ.

Questions:

  • How important is it to you to glorify Christ?
  • How do you think of your infirmities?
