We have freedom in Christ, but does that mean we should practice our freedom in spite of our brother?
For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself” (Galatians 5.13–14).
You have freedom, but stay focused on love for your brother. Love for others rules our lives above all other considerations, including our personal freedom.
- Do you use your freedom as a license to sin?
- Should you care how your actions affect others?
