Peter saw a fig tree withered to its roots and remembered that it was the tree the Lord had cursed:

So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God” (Mark 11.22).

Peter saw something wonderful and the first thing Jesus told him was to have faith in God, wanting Peter to understand that it all begins with faith. If Peter had faith, he could do marvelous things.

Questions:

  • Do you think a lack of faith has kept you back from doing wonderful things?
  • Do you know what to do to strengthen your faith?
