New Testament: Mark 10.50
To read the Bible in a year, read Mark 10.32–52 on March 5, In the year of our Lord Christ 2020
By Don Ruhl
A blind man heard that Jesus was walking by and the blind man cried out for mercy from the Lord Jesus. Jesus stopped walking and said for the man to come to Him. Mark then showed this:
And throwing aside his garment, he rose and came to Jesus.
– Mark 10.50
That would have been me. However, Jesus is not with us now in the flesh. What then could He offer to you that you would go to Him and become one of His disciples?
Questions:
- Why do you think that Jesus did not go to the man?
- What does Jesus mean to you?
