Old Testament: Psa 15.1
To read the Bible in a year, read Psalms 13–16 on July 14, In the year of our Lord Christ 2020
By Don Ruhl
Many of the psalms begin with a problem or even as question, as Psalm 15 does:
LORD, who may abide in Your tabernacle?
Who may dwell in Your holy hill?– Psalm 15.1
That is like asking, Lord, who may go to heaven? Who gets to dwell where God dwells? Is that not one of the greatest questions that humans can ask? As Christians, that is what we want most, and we devote our lives to preparing ourselves to live with God.
Questions:
- What drives you from day to day?
- How did the psalm go on to answer that question of verse 1?
