New Testament: Heb 12.17
To read the Bible in a year, read Hebrews 12 on November 17, In the year of our Lord 2020
By Don Ruhl
Do not become profane. Just remember Esau who sold his birthright for a piece of food, he traded a lifelong, generational blessing because he was hungry one time. Then the Book of Hebrews says,
For you know that afterward, when he wanted to inherit the blessing, he was rejected, for he found no place for repentance, though he sought it diligently with tears.
– Hebrews 12.17
Therefore, guard yourself. Do not let any kind of profaneness enter your thinking or your way of life, for you will pay for it later.
- Do you have repenting that you need to do immediately?
- Do you have regrets, and if so, can you do anything to fix them?
