Jesus told a parable of a man who gave his servants talents, a form of money back then. While he was gone, they were each to do something to multiply what he had given them. However, one of the servants did not do anything with what he had been given. So Jesus said the man gave this order:
“So take the talent from him, and give it to him who has ten talents.”
– Matthew 25.28
If you do not use what the Lord has given to you, He will take it away and give it to someone who will use it.
