When it came time for Simeon to inherit his land, the Bible shows something different: 

The second lot came out for Simeon, for the tribe of the children of Simeon according to their families. And their inheritance was within the inheritance of the children of Judah.

– Joshua 19.1 

Judah surrounded Simeon. Judah had a large piece of land, but they did not have enough people yet to populate it, so, the Lord gave some of it to Simeon. Joshua 19.2–8 shows the border of Simeon. Joshua explained: 

The inheritance of the children of Simeon was included in the share of the children of Judah, for the share of the children of Judah was too much for them. Therefore the children of Simeon had their inheritance within the inheritance of that people.

– Joshua 19.9 

The Lord always works things out. You may not have as much as the next guy, but the Lord does provide. Do not worry about your life, because Someone much greater than you watches your life and provides what you need.
