New Testament: Mark 11.24
To read the Bible in a year, read Mark 11.20–33 on March 7, In the year of our Lord Christ 2022
By Don Ruhl
If you know the Lord’s will, as revealed in the Scriptures, and if you have pure motives of wanting to glorify God, and if you want to be a blessing to the people around you, then listen to this:
“Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.”
– Mark 11.24
If you find that promise of Jesus hard to believe, then you have revealed the problem, the lack of belief. Therefore, pray to God first for an increase in belief and read his word to increase your belief also.
Questions:
- Do you pray for the things of the body more than the things of the spirit?
- What do you think God would like to hear in your prayers?
