Why do you do what you do in the church?

New Testament: 2Co 12.19

To read the Bible in a year, read Second Corinthians 12 on September 21, In the year of our Lord 2022

By Don Ruhl

Unfortunately Paul had to defend himself to the church in Corinth, although he had started that congregation. However, he did not seek to glorify himself, but here is what he wanted them to know:

Again, do you think that we excuse ourselves to you? We speak before God in Christ. But we do all things, beloved, for your edification.

– 2 Corinthians 12.19

What he and his team did was all for the building up of the body of Christ at Corinth.
