A powerful enemy headed toward King Jehoshaphat and Jerusalem. The king poured out his heart to the Lord in a prayer, and then the king spoke to the people on how they could be established and prosper. I call what he said spiritual 20/20 vision because you find it in Second Chronicles 20.20,

So they rose early in the morning and went out into the Wilderness of Tekoa; and as they went out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, “Hear me, O Judah and you inhabitants of Jerusalem: Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established; believe His prophets, and you shall prosper” (2 Chronicles 20.20). 

If you want to be established when bad people or bad things come into your life, believe in the Lord your God. If you want to prosper during those trying times, believe the Lord God’s prophets. Do what you are doing. Read the Bible. Think on its message. Then go live it.
