Sometimes the wicked offer things to the Lord, and sometimes they do not care for Him at all; either way, He knows of their lives and He knows of their hypocrisy,

The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD,
But the prayer of the upright is His delight.
The way of the wicked is an abomination to the LORD,
But He loves him who follows righteousness.
(Proverbs 15.8–9) 

He sees the wicked and He sees abomination, but He also sees the upright and the righteous and He sees something that pleases Him.
