Men came from Babylon and King Hezekiah showed them all the treasures of the house of God. Concerning this matter, the Bible says:

However, regarding the ambassadors of the princes of Babylon, whom they sent to him to inquire about the wonder that was done in the land, God withdrew from him, in order to test him, that He might know all that was in his heart.

– 2 Chronicles 32.31

We know that the Lord is always with us, yet, in some ways He can withdraw from us, and in this case, He did it to test Hezekiah. What would he do when ambassadors from Babylon came to him? Would he keep up his guard? What would he do?
