We tend to envy the lives of sinners, but we should remember something: There is a hereafter and we will receive according to how we have lived:
Do not let your heart envy sinners,
But be zealous for the fear of the LORD all the day;
For surely there is a hereafter,
And your hope will not be cut off.
– Proverbs 23.17–18
If you are zealous for the fear of the Lord consistently throughout the day, you will not regret it when you meet God at the Judgment.
