Jesus pictured disciples who do not take seriously their discipleship, making this comparison:
“Salt is good; but if the salt has lost its flavor, how shall it be seasoned?”
– Luke 14.34
Answer the question. If salt loses its flavor, what good is it? Would you still try to use it to season your food?
