After Jesus gave a man sight who had never seen before, not all the Pharisees opposed the Lord, but seemed to be open or at least wanted to be open to Jesus. When the incident was over, John recorded: 

Then some of the Pharisees who were with Him heard these words, and said to Him, “Are we blind also?”

– John 9.40 

They had a good question, but were they prepared for the answer from Jesus? We can ask good questions, but are we ready to accept whatever the answer is, because the answer may require a massive life change. 

Questions: 

• Are you willing to make any changes in your life that you might inherit eternal life? 
• Are you blind?
