To read the Bible in a year, read Psalms 112–115 on August 19, In the year of our Lord 2022

How many reasons exist for praising the Lord? It seems that we cannot number all the reasons. Psalm 113 offers a couple more,
He raises the poor out of the dust,
And lifts the needy out of the ash heap,
That He may seat him with princes—
With the princes of His people.
He grants the barren woman a home,
Like a joyful mother of children.
Praise the LORD!
– Psalm 113.7–9
The Lord can take the poor and make him sit with princes as a prince, such as in the case of Joseph.
Some women cannot bear children, but the Lord blesses them with a home in other ways.
