As Paul contrasted the glory of the Law through Moses with what we have in Christ, he said: 

Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

– 2 Corinthians 3:17 

Ironically, the world thinks that following the Lord is restrictive, but the truth is we have liberty in Christ, mainly because we are free of sin and we have the hope of eternal glory.
