Moses spoke to Israel as he was commanded to do (yesterday’s devotional), but he also did as commanded to do: 

So Moses and Eleazar the priest did as the LORD commanded Moses.

– Numbers 31.31 

That sounds simple and truly it is. It becomes complicated when we find reasons for not doing as the Lord commanded. 

Questions: 

• Do you complicate the Lord’s commands? 
• Do you obey the Lord and leave the outcome to him?
