Paul explained to some Roman officials why he converted from Judaism to Christ. Part of what moved Paul was seeing the resurrected Jesus. Upon hearing that, one of the Romans accused Paul of having lost his mind. However, Paul responded: 

“I am not mad, most noble Festus, but speak the words of truth and reason.”

– Acts 26.25 

When you read Paul’s brief speech, he was right. He did not deliver an emotion-based message, but simply showed what changed him. Festus could not contain himself when Paul referred to Jesus as being the first to rise from the dead. Festus raised his voice and accused Paul of being mad. Then Paul gave the response that I quoted above.
